Tsuris

Anybody have experience with IBM Thinkpads? Mine keeps shutting down. I have a cool pad underneath it and have redirected an a/c vent to blow accross the keyboard (I'll have pneumonia within a week.) Have any of you end user or IT types seen this phenomanon? What did you do for a fix?
