1) Yes, he was guilty.

2) Yes, it was a kangaroo court in which he was not allowed to defend himself properly.

3) It won't reduce violence at all.

4) Under the same circumstances, George W Bush would be sentenced to hang for his war crimes.

5) The timing, as Moley notes, is for US Domestic consumption, as has been everything about the Iraq war.

6) He was convicted of crimes for the 1980s, so obviously they aren't why the country was invaded in 2003.

7) It's pretty sad when a mass murderer out propaganda's you, and that's what just happened in the Muslim world.
